Tanzania Online is a gateway to information on development issues in Tanzania. It is a UNDP/UN, Government of Tanzania and Economic and Social Research Foundation (ESRF) initiative to address problems faced by Government officials, policy makers, private sector, civil society, donor community, researchers and academicians accessing information on development issues in Tanzania. This list is intended to give you updates on the documents we have posted in the last month. So a member should expect to get a bibliographic list and links to the full documents of all the latest documents from the last message sent to all members. The list should be reaching people twice a month. The list is now having about 300 subscribers scattered all over the world. The subscribers we having on the list are the people who expect to get new updates on Tanzania as far as the whole issues of development is concerned. The messages shall be sent to subscribers by the Tanzania online team only. The member on the list can any time leave the list and come back without any problem. This information on leaving the list and coming back shall always be appended at the bottom. This list is being hosted by Kabissa (info@kabissa.org) and website URL (http://www.kabissa.org). To post a message to all the list members, send email to tanzania-online@lists.kabissa.org. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to Tanzania-Online
Subscribe to Tanzania-Online by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. (Note that this is an umbrella list, intended to have only other mailing lists as members. Among other things, this means that your confirmation request will be sent to the `-owner' account for your address.) Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext.
