As I replied Wendy earlier, I don't have the
details of the proposed law as I read about the law on the internet and I did
not bother to find out the details. I'm not in Nigeria now and would be unable
to find out details. Let us therefore hope,one of the participant resident in
Nigeria is aware of details of the proposed law -re preventing sexual
relations with under 18 can be of assistance.
