I have been requested to deliver this message to you.

ESRF is organizing the First Annual Globalisation Lecture to be held at the
ESRF Conference Hall on Monday, 25th August 2003 from 3:00 to 5:00pm.
Please see the attached document.

Prof. Grzegors W. Kolodko from Poland will deliver a lecture on
"Globalisation and the European Enlargement: with some policy lessons for
Tanzania" .

The lecture is open to the General Public and you are ALL invited to
attend.
