[Sonlifeafrica-newsletter] July Ministry Update

Dear friend

There is so much to praise God for in our disciplemaking ministry in Africa 
over the past months:

* The launch of  Sonlife in two new countries (Namibia and Botswana) through 
the efforts of our Southern Africa regional director, Edgar Ramsami,

* The launch of Sonlife training in Kenya by Doug Holliday (this is in 
partnership with Cadre Ministries),

* The expansion of training in Central Africa, especially in Cameroon, 
through our regional director, Gary Howell,

* The provision of a grant for funding for ministry in seven countries in 
the year that lies ahead.

Personally, the Tittley family is rejoicing in God's leading in our lives. 
Did you know that in South Africa by the year 2010 there will be 5 millions 
orphans due to the AIDS pandemic? Well the latest update on that figure is 
that they will be one less - because little Drew Nguvu who is two months old 
is well on the way to becoming part of our family. He has been in our care 
for the past two weeks and we have begun the official adoption process with 
him. His mom was from Kenya, his dad from Nigeria - yet he was born in South 
Africa. Lord willing, one day he will follow in the footsteps of his father 
and travel the continent of Africa to help fulfil the Great Commission.

We would appreciate your prayers in our lives and the movement in the coming 
months. Please pray specifically for the following:
1. Wisdom in scheduling ministry trips once the funds are received in our 
account
2. God's protection on our country leaders and regional directors as they 
expand the movement
3. That God would smooth the adoption process for Drew Nguvu
4. That God would receive all the glory as we serve him as humble servants
