[PAL-en] Strings in French for Pootle and Drawing Software

As we told you a couple of weeks ago, we would like to translate Pootle from
.strings in French. If you have time, could you make that available to us?
In fact, it is very difficult for our translators to work from English.

Also, could we have the drawing software that you had previously localized
in Wolof in Ghana to check it and to make the appropriate corrections? We
might want to use it with new literates in Wolof.
