[PAL-en] Note on translations

By making some small changes and corrections to message text, I have been
able to improve the quality of translations that are produced by the
software. However, there are some .terms that it does not handle well. Also
there are some technical .terms in French that I do not know.

Examples (French to English):

* "hébergeur" is translated as ".shelterer", when ".web.hosting.service" is
meant

* "serveur" is translated as ".waiter", when ".server" is meant (if I put a
dot in front of the word it becomes ".servor" - this should not happen)

* ".maison.technique" - I am not sure what the English is for this

(French to English)

* ".term" is usually translated as ".limite" instead of ".terme" (I put a
dot in front of it in this message in order to prevent translation, since
the English and French words are similar)

If you have long or complicated messages that you want to send to one of the
.PAL lists, it may be best for you to send them to me first to edit and then
forward.
