I have just noted on the site of "Burkina-NTIC" that there was a
workshop for the "managers of the Community telecentres of Burkina
Faso" (November 23-24). Its goal was: "a division of knowledge and
competences but also to define large the axes of action of the future
network of the Community telecentres of Burkina Faso."

Does somebody know if the subject of localization were raised during
this workshop? It is not obvious in the agenda. See
