[PAL-en] Google translation for "Google in your language"

How do I get Google to accept our Kinyarwanda translations of the search
website, and to make them available on www.google.rw ? We have translated
all of it under the "Google.in.your.Language" section of the Google site.
(This is an interface which received some criticism during the PAL2 workshop
as I recall). But I have no idea what to do next. I heard third hand from
someone at Google that it's at the discretion of the search team when to
include a new language. So is there someone that I can contact, or another
way of speeding up the process?
