Thanks Adel for the introduction and the heads-up to all the others.

We have quite a tight deadline for this, although the end of the year might
seem far off.  So, in order to assist me speed is of the essence.

I have added my comments inline to Adel's email.

This is what I'm currently finishing.  I would appreciate project
suggestions.  I have all the ones from Marrakesh so please don't send those.
But if you have something that you think should be part of this then please
give me a quick email (not a proposal just highlight the idea).  I will be
ruthless about rejecting ideas that I don't think fit within this, so please
don't be offended.

I understand that sometimes sharing this is your crown jewels. Think of it
as a risk worth taking to see your project idea come to life.

I will work hard to share information with you as this work develops.
Mostly at the first iterations I'd like to be sure that the aspect of
coverage is good.  So expect a draft shortly.
