-------> [ENGLISH] AUTOMATIC TRANSLATION NOT REVISED FROM THE ORIGINAL IN french Hello, I cannot speak in the place about the Guineans, but to my knowledge there are no yet projects of localization of LL (FOSS) in the languages of Guinea. One speaks about it for the N' ko (let us rapellons that there was of it a word processing software in DOS called "Koma Kuda"). One also speaks about it about a project of localization in Dyula (Dioula/Julakan) in Burkina Faso. I do not know where they are with this project. (is this Lamine Sanogo or Hadja Sanon can update to us?) It would be interesting of coördiner efforts on the localization, the development of the terminologies, etc among the speeches mandingues. For the peul (Pular, Fulfulde), I do not believe that there is a project initially. The peul and the mandingue are languages with several dialects which are spoken in several countries. They deserve being considered by regional groups in order to harmonize or to unify localizations. The language soussou (susu) does not seem to pose the same problem, since it is spoken for the majority in Low-Guinea. The language gbélè (kpelle/guerzé) is also spoken in Liberia with some differences. I do not know if one can prevoir a transborder collaboration to draw resources on the two sides. I know that in Guinea there are notable efforts on the translation or the drafting in national languages in other fields, therefore one hopes to collaborate with you in the field of localization. The wiki of the Panafrican Project on the localization has a section reserved for Guinea with http://www.panafril10n.org/wikidoc/pmwiki.php/GN-L10n/ForumsSurLaL10n Don Osborn Bisharat.net PanAfriL10n.org > > Hello, I would like to undertake projects of localization in > Guinea.
