Dear Forumers,

Knowledge sharing and the capability to implement projects for the benefit
of the Youth of Africa will be one of AYF?s core areas this year. It is
believed that projects that will benefit the masses are very important, but
how do we distinguish such projects?

For such projects to be implemented, we need some information which we could
study from and with that, address the appropriate authorities of what is
needed for the Youth. We shall be discussing issues on ICT and education for
the youth. There will be different weekly themes. We shall start with this
topic:

?We have heard a lot about ICTs not excluding the free and open resources as
well as web-based materials. In your opinion and as a matter of experience,
can web-based materials enhance learning in Africa??
