There was a discussion about the CNN footage on Palestinian women jubilating
after the Sept. 11 attack in New York. The truth is, a German Programme
known as "PANAROMA" together with Stern TV, has brought out the detalis. Below 
is
the link for anyone interested. It is in German though, but could be
requested for in English.

The said picture was taken in Jerusalem at an unknown function.
