TO THE ATTENTION OF THE LANGUAGE PROGRAMME PARTICIPANTS:

Due to Administrative interruptions in some African Countries, the
commencement date for the first Spanish Language course is postponed to 12th 
November
2001 to run till 1st February 2002.  Term II will however commence as
scheduled.
