Dear Mr. Mukozi,

We at AYF appreciate your efforts of following the ED?s articles and our IT
programme in Africa. To enable us answer your questions pertinently, we would
be grateful if you could first elucidate why you are a Senior Fellow in a
University in London, and not the country of your origin which I assume, is a
country in Africa.

Hoping to hear from you soon.

Vincent Onyango
Programme Coordinator
