I belong to a poor family from the Uniyara Village District Tonk - Rajasthan. I 
passed the Senior Secondary Examination in the First division with 70  marks. I 
dreamt of becoming a doctor. I was shocked to hear that Mr. Avinash Gupta the 
son of a Doctor, who secured only 51  marks, got admission in Russia by paying 
Capitation fees of Rs. 1.5 Lac. My father and I could never accumulate such a
