The current issue of the quarterly magazine Africa Report (No.
8, Oct-Dec 2007) has a special section called "Dossier: Information &
communication Technologies." It is a survey looking mainly at
infrastructure and commercial angles, but has some mentions of local languages
in an article on blogs and another in a box article on the One Laptop Per Child
project.
