Hi Adel,

Thanks for this information. The call for participation at
http://ictafrica.nepadcouncil.org/call_for_papers.html mentions one broad
area in which localization might fit: ICT solutions in education, medicine
and government. I know (virtually) someone on the technical committee and
will ask for his opinion.
