Greetings!  With apologies to Asprot Bergan and Lateef Sagar Shaikh, whose
messages I just forwarded, I wanted to let list members know that I'm
finally getting to act on messages sent earlier by non-subscribers.

Please note that the current list config lets subscribers post directly, but
it intercepts non-subscriber messages, some of which like the ones I
forwarded are important, but most of which are spams.
