The Vai draft is nearly ready to publish. Please review it. It is a 629K pdf at
http://www.evertype.com/standards/iso10646/pdf/near-final-draft-vai.pdf

A larger selection of logograms is now proposed for encoding, on foot of
Stewart's analysis of the characters in the Book of Ndole.
